RAIN POLICY: In the event of rain, a customer can reschedule the delivery without any charges. If the customer chooses to accept the unit(s), they understand that there is no refund. If it rains, the units are still usable, however we do advise to keep the blower out of the rain and water puddles as it will get damaged. ETX Party Time Rentals recommends that in light rain, most of our units are covered and it is safe for kids to use our products. If heavy rain occurs, have the kids exit the unit and go inside and wait for the rain/storm to pass. The units will accumulate water, so have an adult go inside the unit with a towel and dry out the unit and its ready for use again. The surfaces will bubble at the seams, which is normal because of the air that is coming out. Please leave units inflated until the driver arrives to pick up. PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST KEEP THE BLOWER MOTOR OUT OF THE RAIN!
